Greenlab Open Online Course (OOC) is an Erasmus+ project initiative. By registering, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 Participants must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to register.
1.2 The course is open to individuals residing in Erasmus+ program countries or partner countries, with an interest in sustainability, blockchain, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields.
2. Registration and Account
2.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
2.3 GreenLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.
3. Use of the Platform
3.1 The OOC materials, including videos, documents, and other resources, are provided as part of the Erasmus+ initiative and are for personal and non-commercial use only.
3.2 You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any course materials without prior written consent from GreenLab or the Erasmus+ program.
3.3 Unauthorized access, misuse, or disruption of the platform is strictly prohibited.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with instructors and peers.
4.2 Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the course.
4.3 Participants must uphold the values of Erasmus+, including inclusivity, collaboration, and mutual respect.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 GreenLab collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the guidelines of the Erasmus+ program.
5.2 By registering, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data for course-related purposes and Erasmus+ reporting requirements.
5.3 Your data may be shared with Erasmus+ program administrators for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
6. Fees and Accessibility
6.1 As an Erasmus+ project, the GreenLab OOC is offered free of charge to eligible participants.
6.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical equipment and internet access to complete the course.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All course content is the intellectual property of GreenLab, Erasmus+, or their licensors.
7.2 Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for educational purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 GreenLab and Erasmus+ are not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or data loss that may occur during the course.
8.2 Participation in the course is at your own risk, and neither GreenLab nor Erasmus+ shall be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or materials.
9. Certification
9.1 Participants who successfully complete the course may receive a certificate of participation or completion, subject to the Erasmus+ program guidelines.
9.2 The certificate is for personal use and does not constitute a formal qualification.
10. Amendments
10.1 GreenLab reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2 Participants will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the regulations of the Erasmus+ program and applicable laws.
